Senior film journalist Om Prakash Vaddi, who has chronicled the Telugu film industry since he began his career in 1989, has got a new feather in his cap. The senior has been appointed as a member of the CBFC advisory board.
"Om Prakash garu has made a name for himself as a thorough professional over the decades. He has got a wide exposure to cinema and the film industry. His appointment is in keeping with his vast experience and qualification," a source tells us.
From tabloids, newspapers and TV channels, Om Prakash has worked with a number of them. After the magazine 'Super Hit', he has worked with the daily 'Vartha', besides prominent media houses like ABN and Sakshi. He reviews Telugu movies for NTV.
Kumara Swamy of Samskara Bharathi has come in for praise for ensuring the elevation of Om Prakash.
