After ‘Aakasamantha, Prakash Raj-Radha Mohan combination is bringing yet another Tamil super hit film titled ‘Mozhi’ on to the Telugu silver screen. This film starring Jyothika, Prithviraj, Prakash Raj and Brahmanandam was directed by Radha Mohan and produced by Prakash Raj
under his Duet Movies banner. Now Indus Inspirations banner is dubbing ‘Mozhi’ as ‘Maataraani Mounamidhi’ in Telugu.
According to producer N Atchyuth Kanta Rao, Brahmanandam’s character as Housing Society Secretary is the most humorous part and one of the main attractions of the film. Another point to be noted is that actress Jyothika claimed this movie as her best in her career. There are altogether 6 songs which will be released through Aditya Music Company. Vidya Sagar rendered the beautiful melodies. Three songs were written by Late Veturi Sundarramamurthy and the other three were written by Vennelakanti.
Producer N Atchyuth Kanta Rao thanked Vennelakanti Sashank for writing dialogues for the Telugu version without missing the feel of original version. Sashank earned good reputation for his extraordinary work in ‘Gajini’, ‘Yamudu’ and ‘Yuganiki Okkadu’. The producers also said ‘Maataraani Mounamidhi’ is going to be a landmark film for Radha Mohan, who earned good recognition through ‘Aakasamantha’ and Nagarjuna starrer ‘Gaganam’. ‘Maatarani Mounamidhi’ is all set to release on March 17th.
