'Idhi Kala Kaadu', which is directed by Adeeb Nasser, will release in theatres on March 19. The film is a family entertainer as per the director.
"In today's times, women have been seen as objects of desire. We have made this film in the wake of the rise in sexual abuse and atrocities on women," the director said. "Every frame in the movie reflects the happenings around us," he added. The makers urged the Telugu audience across the world to watch 'Idhi Kala Kaadu' so that other filmmakers are encouraged to try such subjects in the future. "Every character is needed to the story. There are no unnecessary characters. The scenes are relevant," the director said.
The songs and music are in keeping with the theme of the movie. There are five songs in total. The budget was spent in tune with the demands of the script. The songs will be loved by both the discerning and the general audience. As for the dialogue, they are going to be a highlight.
Danika Singh, Shafi, Banerjee, Vaibhav Surya, Poojitha Jonnalagadda, Dr. Sreeja, Vidya Sagar, Mahi Mahendra, Basha and others are part of the cast. Cinematography is by V Sathyanand. The film's director has played a special role. "I have learned my lessons in filmmaking from Lakshmi Deepak and Dr. Prabhakar Reddy," he added.
