Seerat Kapoor’s dynamic workout routine will leave us all motivated

The Tollywood superstar Seerat Kapoor is definitely a jack of all trades because besides acting she is also a dancer and a choreographer. Apart from being a promising actress, Seerat is also a trained Indian Classical singer from Rajesree School Of Music. She has worked as an assistant choreographer for the blockbuster film “Rockstar” and has great stardom in the south Indian film industry through her films like “Run Raja Run”, “Touch Chesi Chudu”, “Raju Gari Gadhi 2”, “Okka Kshanam” “Krishna and His Leela” “Maa Vintha Gaadha Vinuma” & many more.

Seerat Kapoor took to Instagram today to upload her workout video. Seerat Kapoor commenced her workout routine using an Electric Muscle Stimulation, EMS is a machine that reads the pressure and movements of muscles while working out, at first actress can be seen doing squats with her hands raised sideways, then we can see her performing lunges with add ups like side twist and hands raised upfront, after that bending side twist while lunging. Seerat Kapoor’s this workout routine mainly focuses on legs, glutes, and core, doing these exercises every day results in them being stronger.

Seerat Kapoor’s work front includes her upcoming Bollywood debut “Maarrich”, in which she will be seen with Naseeruddin Shah and Tusshar Kapoor. The film is being produced by Tushar Kapoor himself.
