Tamil Nadu chief minister and Indian actor Jayalalitha passed away on Tuesday morning at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai after undergoing treatment for 73 days. Senior Actor Suman expresses his grief at the demise of Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalitha. “I prayed for her speedy recovery. She stood as an inspiration to all women. Jayalalitha and I studied together at Church Park School in Chennai. When I was in 3rd standard, she was my senior. I remember the days when she was going to shootings. Jayalalitha has made her mark both as an actor and a dancer. She entered into politics without any background and became successful. She crossed many obstacles as a leader, but finally won acclaims from people. She introduced several schemes in Tamil Nadu. The actor turned politician had introduced many appreciative schemes for Tamil Nadu people. Amma Canteens allow the common man of Chennai to procure quality food at very cheap prices. She distributed laptops for girls to encourage them in studies. She also distributed cycles, fans and grinders for their employments. Taking instant decisions is her speciality.
